Our Christmas offering features dishes that will make you fall in love with Lebanese cuisine if you haven't already, and keep you coming back for more if you have. 

We have put genuine thought into every course, making sure that each plate tells a story and delivers incredible flavour.



Starting with Meze: The Lebanese Way to Begin


This is where the magic begins at Grilandia, and it's where we set the tone for your entire evening.



You will find fresh Hummus, silky and smooth, made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil. Our Tabouleh brings finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, onions, mint and bulgur dressed with lemon and olive oil, while our Cranberry Ghanouj adds a festive touch with smokey roasted aubergine blended with tahini, garlic and lemon, finished with ruby cranberries and pomegranates.



You will also enjoy warm and comforting classics such as Kibbe and Batata Harra. For something perfectly crisp, our Walnut, Spinach & Feta Rolls offer a light, flaky bite that balances the table beautifully.



What makes our meze selection special at Christmas is that we have added some festive twists. We are talking about flavours that feel both luxurious and warming with every bite. 


The Heart of Christmas: Our Grilled Specialities


For the main event, we are offering a festive selection that reminds you why people love Lebanese cooking in the first place. Our Mixed Grill brings together marinated chicken shish, juicy lamb kafta and tender lamb tekka; each piece chargrilled to smoky perfection. We also offer a Grilled Ocean Trio, featuring chargrilled sea bass fillet, salmon fillets and king prawns seasoned with lemon and herbs.



If you prefer something aromatic and deeply warming, our Christmas Spiced Chicken Tagine is slow-cooked with festive spices, vegetables, and fragrant herbs. For a hearty vegetarian option, our Aubergine & Slay Musaka’a features baked aubergine boats filled with tomatoes, peppers, chickpeas and onions in a comforting tomato sauce.

Each main is served with a fragrant saffron and cinnamon rice pilaf with toasted vermicelli, adding a festive and aromatic touch to the plate.


Festive Specials and Seasonal Touches


We have also created some festive specials that blend traditional Lebanese cooking with Christmas cheer. At Grilandia, these dishes are worth trying during the festive season.


For something different, try our Cranberry Ghanouj, where smokey roasted aubergine is blended with tahini, garlic and lemon. Then it's finished with ruby cranberries and pomegranate for brightness and tartness.


Our festive menu has been curated to feel warm, generous and celebratory, with dishes that deliver depth without overpowering the senses.



Desserts to End on a Sweet Note


At Grilandia, we finish your meal with flavours that feel both celebratory and authentic. Our Baklava Pyramid features layers of filo pastry with nuts and syrup, shaped into a festive pyramid that's crispy on the outside and luxurious without being overly sweet. 

You can also enjoy our creamy Rice Pudding Cinnamon, flavoured with rose water and orange zest, or the Vanilla Ice Cream Basbosa, a semolina and coconut mini cake topped with Madagascar vanilla ice cream.

We put a lot of care into preparing every dish. We select ingredients from trusted suppliers, we marinate our meats properly, and we grill everything with skill and patience.


Our expert chefs know exactly how to give each piece of meat a perfect char while keeping it soft and juicy inside. The grill is the centre of what we do. This is what we are famous for, to provide the Lebanese flavours.

Star Dishes


At Grilandia, we have all the authentic Lebanese dishes, but talk about some of the stars of our menu.



Hummus: A real smooth and creamy, blended with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. It is a dream, especially when you scoop it up with a piece of fresh, warm pita bread. 


Falafel: Crispy outside, soft and green inside, made fresh daily with chickpeas and herbs. They are little flavour bombs that are completely vegan and utterly delicious.


Lamb & Meat: Marinated for hours in a blend of Lebanese spices, then slowly grilled. This process makes the meat incredibly tender and packed with flavour. It is then served in kebabs or slow-cooked dishes.


Salads: Our tabbouleh is a classic. It is not just a side dish; it is a refreshing masterpiece. We use a generous amount of flat-leaf parsley, mixed with fine bulgur wheat, mint, tomatoes, and a zesty lemon and olive oil dressing. It is the perfect example of how we use fresh ingredients to create something healthy and vibrant.
